Cross Stitch is an art requiring patience and precision. Card making is also an art requiring skill. I have put the two together in a way that makes giving and receiving my cards a very pleasurable experience for all parties. My cards are not necessarily for the causal well wisher. They are for those occasions when a store bought card will not do.

Over three hours go into the design and manufacture of these cards, and each one is unique. The are cards that can become family heirlooms or even be framed and hung in your house. They are worthy of display!

Display is exactly what my home decor items are all about too! Put these beautiful pieces on display in your home and you'll always have a talking point. I love cross stitching and it has become so much more than a casual hobby to me. It is my passion! That passion shows through in each of my products.

Returns & exchanges

See item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Payment

I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout in my store for online transactions. I want us to enjoy every transaction we have with each other so please contact me as soon as possible if there are any payment issues, so that we can work together to resolve the problem.

Remember - the sooner you pay, the sooner your items can get shipped!

Shipping

Your items will be wrapped and packed securely. I want you to receive everything in the same perfect condition as when they were first made. My shipping costs reflect actual shipping rates from the UK, plus a £1 charge for handling (packing and travel to the Post Office). If there is an overpayment of shipping costs that exceeds £1.00, I will process a refund for you. Occasionally, purchasing multiple items can cause an overpayment to occur, and a refund may be due in those cases.

SHIPPING AND MAILING:

I can get to the Post Office most days and can usually get your items posted same or next day after cleared payment is received, certainly within 3 business days. I will always email you to let you know when your item is on its way.

If you require tracking on an item, please contact me before purchase, so that I can work out the extra cost for you.

I will ship worldwide. Details are given within each listing, although you are welcome to contact me for confirmation of any shipping prices. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for any and all customs charges associated with your shipment. I will give accurate value information on the customs form.

Please note that I am unable to advise on the charges that overseas customs may impose.

Additional policies and FAQs

I enjoy what I do. I would like you to enjoy my work too, but I cannot spend all day stitching (although my husband thinks I do!). I will try to give an accurate timescale for custom orders, but as you know, cross stitching takes time - please be patient and try to give me adequate notice for a custom piece. I do not rush my work, and will not offer a substandard piece for sale!
